01 / About

Strategy that ships.

I’m a product strategist and game producer with fifteen years in production, taking titles from concept through launch and into live ops, across genres, on in-house IPs and client projects alike. Today I work with publishers and developers on their direct-to-consumer strategy, helping them understand where their revenue comes from and where it should come from next.

My work sits between strategy and execution: analyzing pricing and player behaviour, pressure-testing partner plans, and turning hypotheses into monetization strategies and growth roadmaps, with the operational follow-through that makes them real. I keep it plain, practical, and grounded in data.

02 / What I Do

Four things, done properly.

01

D2C Channel Performance Analysis

I audit how a partner’s D2C channel actually performs: traffic, conversion, basket size, and repeat purchase. You get a clear picture of what’s working and a ranked list of what to fix first.

02

Monetization & Pricing Strategy

Offer design, price points, bundles, and store-versus-web economics grounded in real player data. The goal is simple: more revenue per player without burning goodwill.

03

Growth Roadmaps & Strategic Decks

I turn analysis into a plan leadership can act on, from quarter-by-quarter roadmaps to board-ready decks. Every recommendation comes with the numbers behind it.

04

D2C Live Ops & Documentation

The unglamorous work that keeps D2C live ops moving: documentation, reporting cadences, and operational handoffs. Done well, nobody notices, and that’s the point.
