- The Challenge
- The publisher’s web shop was live but performing below its potential, and the next round of investment needed a clear, evidence-based order.
- What I Did
- Analyzed the channel end to end: traffic, conversion, offer performance, and purchase behaviour. Packaged the findings into quarterly business reviews with ranked, effort-estimated recommendations.
- The Outcome
- The review became the partner’s recurring decision document. The channel now captures 28% of mobile revenue, and direct sales grew 14% in the latest period while overall mobile revenue declined.

A Long-Running Mobile Sports Simulation
Sports Sim · iOS, Android
A tiered bonus-credit pricing architecture that rewards direct buyers without eroding price integrity.

- The Challenge
- Selling direct saves the 30% platform fee, but naive discounting risked devaluing the in-game currency and training players to never pay full price.
- What I Did
- Designed the pricing strategy to favour bonus credits over discounts, tiered by spender segment, so premium buyers keep their price perception while direct purchases become clearly better value.
- The Outcome
- Adopted as the shop’s pricing playbook alongside a full storefront redesign.

- The Challenge
- The flagship title had a live web shop with flattening growth, and the team wanted a prioritized view of which features would move the number.
- What I Did
- Built the improvement plan from market data, in-game monetization analysis, and shop performance review, then delivered it as a board-ready deck with implementation effort estimates per feature.
- The Outcome
- Direct revenue rose 17% period over period following the plan, and the capture rate keeps climbing.

- The Challenge
- Every partner engagement started from a blank page: inconsistent intake, unstructured game reviews, and design requests that ping-ponged for weeks.
- What I Did
- Built the operating backbone: partner questionnaire, client and game knowledge base templates, the web shop design request pipeline, wireframe templates, and a launch playbook for first-version shops.
- The Outcome
- New engagements now start structured on day one, from first questionnaire to first recommendation.
